All shipping costs are calculated by our shopping cart system based on your delivery location and the weight of the items ordered. You can see the cost of shipping without having to finalize your order.

Shipping & Handling

Isle of Man, UK & Channel Islands Delivery is available Monday to Saturday only.  For next day delivery, Laxey Woollen Mills must receive your order no later than 12 noon on the previous working day.  All other delivery methods, costs and timescales are as indicated individually above.

For jurisdictions other than the Isle of Man, UK and Channel Islands delivery times may vary. Please allow up to 28 days.

Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier and/or manufacturer. Laxey Woollen Mills cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier and/or manufacturer, or any other third party. Laxey Woollen Mills has the right to fluctuate delivery/postage prices in proportion with their costs for shipping.

In the event of an order being lost by a third party, Laxey Woollen Mills bears no risk once it has left its trading premises. Where goods have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt to: Laxey Woollen Mills, Glen Road, Laxey, Isle of Man, IM4 7AR. Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for. If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.
